What to Consign?
We are an up-scale consignment shop, specializing in furniture, small home accent pieces, artwork, lamps, plus the exceptional to the unusual. It could be anything from grandmas 100 year old antique buffet to the lamp you bought last year that no longer fits your decorating style.

We expect you to bring us very clean, well cared for and in great shape condition items for consignment. Any furnishing with an odor will not be accepted. (no cigarette smoke, fire smoke, molds, animal mishaps). Lamps and clocks must work.

Before you bring: You can call us at (218) 236-0775 or stop by to get more details. Some things to know: it's a great idea to bring in a photo or email it to :hhcshoppe@gomoorhead.com or larger items so we can evaluate acceptability. (that will save you a lot of work if it isn't). Smaller home decor pieces, such as lamps, small tables, decorator vases, wall decor and etc... can be brought in up to one hour before we close.

Items we do not accept: box springs & mattresses (resale prohibited in Minnesota), no appliances, computer equipment, damaged or excessively worn furniture, no clothing, shoes, house wares such as mixers, toasters, silverware, no rugs, book bedding or knick knacks.

Payment: Heidi's home Consignment Shoppe, will pay to the consignor 50% of the selling price on all merchandise sold. Prices will be determined by the management at the time of consignment. Payment checks to the consignor will be made on the 15th of each month, for the previous months sales.

How Long? Contract term for merchandise is 90 days. After 30 days, merchandise is automatically reduced 15% to 50%, depending on condition, season and demand for item.

How Do You Get It There? You are responsible for bringing in the items.

Then What Happens? After the contract term of 90 days has expired, unsold items must be picked up within 7 days at owners expense. If items are not picked up after that time, the will then be considered property of Heidi's Home Consignment Shoppe and be disposed of at their discretion.

What Do We Provide? We will display your items in a very clean, classy and tasteful fashion so you have a great opportunity to sell your treasures. Our neighborhood has become a high traffic location which offers an excellent source of steady shoppers.
