Leo’s Exterminating Company, Inc. was founded in 1965 by Leo Carrier, providing termite & pest control services to our local area.

Rodent Control: Rats & Mice can invade your home looking for food or shelter. They can also be responsible for the introduction of fleas into your home.
Home Improvements: Vents, additional rooms added, squeaky doors, windows that don’t open or shut properly, a new deck or other repairs needed. Our repair technician can give you a free estimate.
Bird Control: Birds are carriers of approximately 40 diseases. They also can introduce insects into the home such as bedbugs, chiggers, mites, ticks and fleas.
Nuisance Animal Control: Occasionally wildlife, such as skunks, bats, groundhogs, snakes, etc., may take refuge in our homes or structures due to season or environmental changes.

You can put a stop to these unwelcome pests with Leo’s Perimeter Program. The perimeter treatment Leo’s uses provides quick knockdown with the most effective structural insecticides & baits available. These are your best defense against invading pests.
The outside perimeter treatment protects your home from invading pests from neighboring properties with the use of micro-encapsulated products that releases over a period of approximately three months and baits that insects, like ants, take back to their nests. By treating the exterior of your home pests can be stopped in their tracks before they ever get inside and infiltrate your family’s living space where they can cause problems.

How Do I Get Started?
Protecting your home from pests with our perimeter control program could not be easier.

Once our trained staff discusses your situation, we will give you an estimate. Upon your approval of the estimate, the service technician will call and schedule an appointment to put Leo’s Perimeter Pest Control Program into action.
What if I already have a monthly pest control service?
You can switch your monthly service to the perimeter program. This will not only save you time, by not having to schedule a time for the bug man every month, but money by taking advantage of the lower rates.
Where does the perimeter program take place?
On the initial pest control service, we treat the inside of your home, along with the outside perimeter which includes the outside foundation and other areas where pests could possibly gain entry. After the initial treatment the technician will automatically return every three months to maintain the perimeter.
What if I have persistent inside pests such as roaches or fleas?
You may need a monthly service until the inside pests are gone, then switch to the outside perimeter program to help keep any new invading pests out.
Once the perimeter program is started and if you need inside service just call for an appointment at no additional charge.
